How we handle information
This page explains the basic information practices for the ARSIS website. Project-specific data-processing terms are agreed separately when we work with a client.
Information you submit
When you request an automation audit, we may collect your name, business name, sector, email address and the process or problem you describe. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and assess whether ARSIS can help.
How the website processes enquiries
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function. Depending on configuration, enquiry records may be stored in Cloudflare D1 and/or a notification email may be sent through an email delivery provider such as Resend.
Information sharing
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by service providers only where they are needed to operate the website, deliver an enquiry notification, or provide a service you have asked us to scope.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records and legal obligations. Client retention periods are agreed as part of the project where required.
