ARSIS.
Business automation · Accra & beyond

We automate the work that slows your business down.

ARSIS finds the repetitive work costing your team time, missed opportunities or unnecessary admin, then builds a practical system to handle it.

The work hiding inside the business

Good people should not
spend all day on repeat work.

Enquiries get missed

Calls, WhatsApp messages, forms and social leads arrive when the team is busy — so good opportunities wait too long.

Follow-up depends on memory

A lead gets a first reply, then the next step lives in someone's head, inbox or notebook. Deals disappear in the gaps.

People repeat the same work

Copying information between systems, sending reminders and answering the same questions is expensive human time.

Your tools don't talk

The information exists, but it is scattered across WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, calendars and CRMs.

not the entire business.

How we work

Start with the process.
Choose the technology second.

01

Find the bottleneck

We map the process as it actually happens and identify the work that is costing time, leads or money.

02

Design the workflow

We decide what should happen automatically, what needs a person, what tools connect, and how the result will be measured.

03

Build & test

We build one useful workflow first, test the edge cases, and put clear handoff and approval rules around it.

04

Measure & improve

Once it is live, we watch the numbers, fix what is weak, and only then expand to the next process.

Who we serve

Best for businesses
with repeatable work.

We are especially useful where teams handle lots of enquiries, bookings, follow-up, documents or repetitive admin. Insurance and private hospitals are current focus areas; the same automation principles work elsewhere.

Hi, I'm Brandon. I started ARSIS in Accra after seeing how much time businesses still lose to repetitive work: unanswered enquiries, manual follow-ups, copied data, and tasks that depend on someone remembering to do them. We build the systems that take that work off the team's plate — carefully, one process at a time.

Why ARSIS

Practical automation, with a person still in control.

01

Start small

We solve one useful process first. You do not need to automate the whole company to get a return.

02

Keep people involved

Approval, escalation and handoff are part of the design. Automation is not permission to remove judgement.

03

Measure the result

We agree what success means before a build goes live, then improve the workflow against real usage.

ARSIS is still early. We would rather show you a real workflow, test it with your team and earn a case study than publish claims we cannot substantiate yet.

Fixed packages

Pay for the system you actually need.

Every build is scoped around a real business process. The build fee covers implementation; ongoing care is optional when you need monitoring, maintenance and improvements.

Questions

The practical stuff.

Lead capture, follow-up, customer support, bookings, reminders, document collection, data movement, notifications, reporting, internal workflows and focused AI-agent tasks. We choose the process first and the technology second.

No. The goal is to remove repetitive work and give your team better handoffs. Anything that needs judgement, approval or a human relationship stays with a person.

Usually, yes. We can connect the tools you already use through APIs, webhooks or automation platforms. We do not ask you to replace everything just to automate one process.

We start with one workflow, define the rules and edge cases, test it, and build human handoff into the design. The automation should make the process more reliable, not simply make it faster.

We use only the information needed for the workflow, honour consent and opt-outs, and design access and approval boundaries around the system. Specific data-processing requirements are agreed per project.

Single Workflow is GH₵3,500 for one defined workflow, up to 3 connected tools and up to 5 action steps. Connected System is GH₵8,500 for up to 2 related workflows and 4 tools. Operations System is GH₵18,000 for up to 3 workflows and 5 tools. Each includes testing, handover and 30 days of defect correction. Work outside the stated limits is scoped and quoted separately.

No. Monthly care is optional. It covers the listed workflow monitoring and a limited allowance for minor changes; new features, major revisions and third-party subscriptions or usage are charged separately. We confirm the exact support scope before work begins.
